Shipping Info

Most Orders ship in 5-10 working days after receipt of payment is verified. (Shipping times may be longer depending on season and work load, we process orders in the order that we receive them)  All Candles are made when you order. Longer time may be necessary depending on the season & size of your order. If we anticipate a delay in your shipping we will notify you by e-mail. We ship using UPS or USPS depending on the size of your order and location.

Breakage and/or any other damage must be reported to UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS at www.usps.com.

Report a problem to UPS or USPS and Griffen's Soy Candles immediately.

Insurance is required and is included in the shipping cost.
